Before my accident four years ago, I was on the telephone quite a bit. Now I
find it quite frustrating to make and receive telephone calls.

I have been trying to use Skype, but I have found it to be tedious
(especially since I am controlling it with Dragon NaturallySpeaking) and I
have found the quality of the telephone calls to be inconsistent at best. I
think Skype is just fine for occasional telephone calls, but I am looking
for a way to make telephone calls a bit more efficiently.

I would prefer to make calls using a landline, since I'm not happy with the
quality of cellular calls.

I also have a speakerphone... but this is a "half duplex system" - which
means that only one person can talk at a time, and it is not conducive to
good conversations in my opinion.

Do you have a good way to make and receive telephone calls using a landline?

Thanks,
