I swear by cold -- ezee. I take one lozenge at the first sign of a cold such as sneezing, sore throat, running nose -- you know the drill. I let the lozenge melt in my mouth and as soon as one has melted I take another one until I have taken at least four in a row. I don't suck on them but rather let them melt slowly. Knock on wood, it has stopped a cold dead in its tracks every time.

What do you all do when you start struggling with chest phlegm/congestion from a cold? I use to wipe it all out in 24 hours with colloidal silver but it's not working anymore. I'm taking a decongestant but has anyone found anything to wipe it out fast like I use to be able to do?
