Exactly. And that technique does work as well as the vest that does the same thing. However, I always try to prevent a cold from progressing to that point. I hate that feeling of having secretions deep in my lungs. Which is why I use these lozenges as well as an immune fighter called Astragalus. Four capsules once a day. I think every quad should take this.
