I'm sorry that you lost your Father. You are not the 1st, nor will you be the last. It happens. That being said, your email leads me to think that it could be relative to your depression. Remember, you can't change the past, but you can influence the future. You can still plan to visit your Father's grave site went time permits and take pictures that you can take home, on your return. I wish you nothing but good. Best Wishes In a message dated 3/7/2012 9:36:33 P.M. Central Standard Time, [email protected] writes:
Hi All, I've been having a hard time since I my Daddy passed away January. I haven't seen him in over 10 years. Three years ago he moved into a nursing home, because of his Parkinson's, only 3 hours one way. Pete and I planed a trip to see him but Dad called and said "… I heard you are planning a trip up to see me, I want you to promise me something … I want you to promise me you won't make the trip up to see me. I know how hard it will be on your body … now let me talk to Pete." I had to honor his request but as I did I KNEW I was never going to see him alive again … I was right, and now he's gone.
