Are your doctors conferring with a SCI Specialist. They are available
thru the Nalt Spinal Cord Injury Assoc.

Hi Y'all,
Okay broke my neck back in July 99 had my c5 bone replaced with a bit of
hip bone. Just went to a Pain Management Dr. that found my L1 & 2 are going
bad from sitting since our bodies r not made to sit for as long as we do.
They found arthritis in both spots too. (bones are breaking down) so the
phantom pain (pins n needles) are getting in tolerable (sometimes). So the
Dr. has tried me on neourtin but didnt really help then tried cybalta but it
helped but side effects werent worth it now he tried me on lyrica but omg
it makes me neauseous, dizzy n makes me pass out. He told me if the lyrica
doesnt work their gonna go into my back DONT want that.
Now to question:
Have any of y'all tried anything that I havent or your Dr has tried on you
that I can suggest to my Dr?
I tolerate quit abit of pain but it can be intolerable sometimes. Just
thought I could see if any of y'all might know of anything.
Thank y'all,
Gina

Do just once what others say you can't do, and you will never pay
attention to their limitations again.
