I agree too, I like the quad list best but there is room for more groups . I
would rather stick with this however. also, who ever is in charge of the
facebook quad group keeps sending bible quotes. I don't like that. feels pushy
to me.
Best,

Amen Dana. Technology has changed for the better in just the last decade. A
good example is the "ENCYCOPEDIA." I still have two boxes of an old edition I
purchased years ago for the kids, who thought they "knew everything." Twitter,
Facebook and a few other new instant media have joined the ranks of
communication for the world to see... and use. At some point I'm afraid that
with all that people will have to chose from.... they might forget where they
posted an item and either double post or.... not post at all. Aren't cha happy
that we all have the freedom to chose......... (smiling).
  Best Wishes

    Wheelchair,

I agree with you, but I don't know why both groups could not survive
without diluting either one. I myself would rather communicate through the quad
list, because I have trouble using Dragon on Facebook. I have to copy and paste
from a notepad. I have no problems with e-mail and Dragon. I am using Dragon
11.5. Does anyone else have this problem? I do believe groups on Facebook might
attract people who do not know about the quad list possibly internationally. I
believe we can work together to communicate important things that enrich our
lives as quadriplegics. I think it's fun to see other quad list members
Facebook pages.. Some of us might post in Facebook and the quad list.

What do other people think? I don't want the quad list to ever not exist
and thrive, it has been so important to me to have the quad-list to talk to and
gain information that really has helped me. Thank you Jim Lubin for creating
the quad list. We have a tightknit community.

    Dana

I personally wish the best for you, but I also have to
wonder. Drawing people from the Quad List to another venue might dilute
participation at this site. Its been so helpful to many since its beginnings.
