We just have to remember, we are all very different and although we have “quadom” in common we often do not share medical problems. Just as my oldest daughter has COPD and asthma and requires oxygen 24/7, none of my other children have similar problem.
At 73, complete C4, and 21 ½ year post injury I still do intermittent cath and never have had a serious UTI. But that is not to say it is due to anything I have done, I’m just extremely fortunate, my ailments are so far of normal aging and not something due to being a quad with the exception of a wound that I have had for seven years and with the support of a great Dr. and a good wound care group I am able to have a great life. This forum is fantastic to share things, problems and answers: but the end result is going to be different for everyone one of us. Joan In Reno, where it is 52°, trying to snow, and 80°is forecast for Monday. LOL
