Got to agree here. I'm in a two year old PERMOBIL two weeks out of warranty. MotoR clanging, batteries replaced, charger replaced twice, seat actuator skipping. Motors now made in China, assembled in Tennessee with the Swedish Logo placed on it.
Planned obsolescence combined with a lessened commitment to quality. I'm not surprised. We are a nation of consumers, our once proud manufacturing expertise has been shipped out to optimize the profitability. For $42K, and knowing the end user population for these products you would think the quality would be there. NOT.
