Congratulations on still having a positive attitude. I'm only half as long coming out for 22 years, but I've got 13 years on you and I definitely hear you about the OCD! J I think it is a tossup which is worse, flooding or burning, they both make an awful mess and I've been fortunate to have both. Good luck with your cleanup. Joan

I WAS going to celebrate, go out, have a nice dinner, etc. but that all changed when I woke up to find my whole apartment flooded. The water heater blew up. I have to stay in another apartment for a week+. Half my stuff here, half there (my OCD is kicking in big time) They have to replace all of my carpeting, possibly some drywall, paint, etc., etc., etc. This other apartment reeks of smoke - it's disgusting!!! Yuck. Now I get to go through all of my boxes to see what's been damaged. So far I've found one photograph by a favorite artist and several old (1882 - 1902) books that have extensive water damage. Very sad. So I have my work cut out for me this week. But, I made it through another year. So I guess it's not all bad news! YAY ME! :)
