But the Mother has only been to her apartment maybe 3 or 4 times since 1995 and she lives about 20 miles away. Also, I was reading on the internet that the one girl who is a C-4,5 quad had stem cell surgery within 24 hours of her car accident giving her, what looks like C-5,6 quad results.
