[QUAD-L] Blood clot

How long does it take for blood clots to disappear? My foot and calf still 
swollen and I injured it May 7th and found out about it 3 half weeks ago. I was 
on Lovenox injections for a week plus Coumadin and my blood got too thin. Now 
I'm on Coumadin 3mg M-T and 5mg FSS. 
Also my toes are RED. Is that something bad? Only first knuckle down.
