I have an LG Droid through Virgin Mobile. It has both a touch-screen and a slide-out keyboard. Now that I'm used to the touchscreen I never use the keyboard anymore. The voice-to-text feature works pretty well but I type with my thumb for most applications. My phone is nothing spectacular, but the BEST FEATURE is this: $30/month! That includes 300 minutes and unlimited data AND insurance. Can't beat that deal! Virgin's coverage area is not as extensive as the big names, but if you live in a city you might want to look into Virgin Mobile. Don.
