I recently had my doc check thyroid and testosterone levels.
Testosterone was 400 something(I'm 26) and thyroid was dead center in
normal range.  I know that testosterone in the 400s is slightly low,
but well within the normal range I believe.

I'm sure it is a combination of things and I'm confident diet is one
of them, but I've slowly been eating better for several months with
very little improvement.  Drinking juices, gatorade or anything with
caffeine gives me a quick boost, but very short lived(as expected).
