You mentioned your bowels. Well, the method used to do your bowel treatment can leave quite a bit of stool in the bowels, because it doesn't irritate the bowels like the magic bullet. What you describe is pretty much what happened to me a couple of weeks ago. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. They thought I had an infection, but that didn't pan out.
When I went home later that night, I did my normal bowel care. I knew I felt bloated and I mentioned that to the doctor, but they didn't seem to think it was a problem. Well, my bowels were definitely fall. In fact, I had started to have some stool come out of my rectum, which hasn't happened to me in more than 10 years. Once my bowel care was completed, I felt like eating, I was no longer nauseated and I had energy. I'm not suggesting you change your bowel care method, but I would think about using more stool softener in order to try to expel as much fecal matter as possible during your normal bowel care. Just FYI. Quadius PS I sometimes don't have energy and it is that I'm feeling down. I have, however, had pretty good results with drinking quite a bit of green tea. I usually make it like Ice-T, without sugar and it seems to give me the extra incentive to do more than I would without it. That's what works for me.
