Dave Oconnell from Arizona, I believe died from complications from simple surgury--the other Dave Kelmer, from Texas , I think died as they tried to remove the port or IV from his neck. I got on the list about a year after getting injured. I became injured on August 3 of 1997. Quite a few have passed in that timespan- Mark Jackson, Jimmy Mccoy, Houston-from Indiana, and others can't recall all right now but you could probably go back into the quad-list archives if you are trying to find out about any others.
