Great News Bobbie. I don't believe InvaCare uses a programmer for those
adjustments. The main thing is its done and you can go on....

You KNOW everything! I'm impressed...seriously. Your scary :-)

Yes, he should be able to adjust the POT with you in the chair. Correct
me if I'm wrong, but I thought you had a Pride chair... if so, have your
tech call Quantum Service at 800-800-8586, from YOUR phone for live tech
assistance. If you or the tech are still not happy... call the same number
and
ask for Mark Smith-Manager Quantum Dept.

W,
Today my supplier replaced my potentiometer but now I can only move to and
fro if the chair is all the way up-right … as a quad I don't have balance
enough to move about. The repair guy had to call tech support to know how
to replace the part. I have a call in to the company to call me very first
thing in the morning to adjust the potentiometer. Shouldn't they have done
that when they replaced it? Can it be adjusted with me in the chair?
