Hi,

I have a Kock Pouch
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kock_pouch or http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Kock+pouch).
I've had it since 1987.  I had a Calcium Oxalate stone a few years ago.  The
doc used Flomax to help the stone pass and after I was discharged they set up a
procedure to remove the stone from my pouch.  It was a fairly uninvasive,
outpatient procedure. They gave me something IV to sleep and when I woke up it
was done.  I felt great in Recovery and "blew that pop stand" about an hour
later.  I have had no problems since!

Nan
