That's why I love living in AZ. After sweating bad and my arms turning cold doing my B-P, after I get up I go straight outside to get some sun. But it's cooling off now, so I can't go out until 10am or so. I read and watch tv outside in the sun too. I do get my skin looked at often, but I'll risk it. Quality of life is worth any risk. It's the only time I'm not super sore. My whole body just relaxes.
