LOL Reno Nevada it is not Arizona, but we have over 300 days per year of sunshine. The other 65 days often have sunshine during part of the day, it is very seldom that the entire day as without some sun. When we built my house I designed it so that the entryway faces due south and has a large sliding glass door, because it is protected on three sides it is a virtual sun catcher and that is my favorite spot during winter. Right now the temperature is 42° outside, but I put a thermometer on my lap and it registers 85°---yes!
Sunshine, and next best a warm spa, and then my wood stove with its glass door so I can see the flames, and last but not least my parabolic heater from Harbor Freight that only uses 400 or 800 W, but does a great job, so the order of the day is always some warm place to hang out. My grandkids to tease me about my obsessions, but I notice that the two year old loves to be in my lap while I am obsessing. Of course it is also a good time for Grams to read a story. Have a great day everyone Joan
