Im 15 years into my injury.....c7 level. do a bowell routine every other day, use a majic bullet suppossitory along with majic cleanse and a bisacodyl pill the night b4.Over the years its taken me longer and longer but my biggest problem is after im done and i get dressed and transfer into chair i have suppository mucus come out, which causes me to stay in my underwear somedays. any advice out there???
