I have a colostomy sadly but when I have AD going on for other reasons I take nitroglycerin and figure out what is causing it and stop it quickly but I only take it if my blood pressure is going up really high and I’m at risk of a stroke….

I'm not sure about bp, head aches, or the shiver shakes. I know, as you do, AD is miserable beyond words.
