Nitopaste or Procardia (chewed) to bring down the blood pressure in extreme 
blood pressure situations. 

Vicodin or other pain meds may relieve the pain, eventually, I  use Klonopin .5 
to relieve the anxiety, but the BP must come down or u can stroke out.
