And they are good, with the texture of a muffin. 1 cup each of: brown sugar pumkin seeds rolled oats slivered almonds whole wheat flour chocolate chips cooked lentils mashed 1 egg vanilla
Mix the sugar, eggs and mashed lentils together then add the remaining ingredients. Make 24 cookies. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes. Eat 2 of these.....priceless! Meredith
