i did it once about 7 years into my injury. i was put in the hospital, did a 
bowell routine and shit all over the place for the whole day b4 the 
procedure.the procedure itself to run the tube up my but was easy.i will never 
do it again unless i have good reason........to much risk of getting a pressure 
sore and the hospital people are angry to deal with a quad crapping 
everywhere.....i had feces on the bed, floor, chair and had to call my mother 
to help me because the nurses wouldnt answer the call..........never again 
unless im blocked.....not worth it
