I'll never do inpatient unless it's life or death.  Last hospitalization AD
nearly killed me because the nurse wouldn't cath me... it wasn't "time yet".
The next nurse I got cathed me - filled a urinal and soaked sheets and
blankets.  I even had AD info in my chart and on the wall by the head of the
bed.  I tried to educate her, but what do I know??

Hospitals are just not informed enough about quads.

lmao...can't be said any simpler than that! your funny, ron. none on the walls?
i did it once about 7 years into my injury. i was put in the hospital, did a
bowell routine and shit all over the place for the whole day b4 the
procedure.the procedure itself to run the tube up my but was easy.i will never
do it again unless i have good reason........to much risk of getting a pressure
sore and the hospital people are angry to deal with a quad crapping
everywhere.....i had feces on the bed, floor, chair and had to call my mother
to
help me because the nurses wouldnt answer the call..........never again unless
im blocked.....not worth it
