I live in a town of 7500 people. There are at least four businesses that 
deliver oxygen, scooters, braces, etc. to those who supposedly need them. Stub 
your toe and you can get a scooter. Ridiculous. Scooter store ads have flooded 
the tv here for a long time. I have not noticed if they are still on or not.
