I just wanted to let people know on the list that the expensive motors they
charge you 3-500 bucks to replace in either the duals side doors, single
sliding, or transfer seat is nothing but a power window motor that can be
bought
on ebay or the auto parts store. You just pull the motor out and there is a
numbered sticker on it. You cross reference that number to the vehicle it was
made for andbuy the motor. Just bought an ac-delco motor for 28 dollars shipped
and it works perfect in my 07 Chevy Express power barn door. The only thing you
have to do is the three holes that mount the motor need to be tapped to allow
you to use screws to mount instead of rivets. This method worked in my 84 ford,
2000 Safari and 07 Express. Im not sure about the new dodge vans, ive never
seen
them apart and the power doors on those vans are factory. Hope this can help
someone that cant afford the price of a 500 motor
