In response to a chronic pressure sore: obviously you realize this is not good. Even if the sore is not increasing in size there is a huge danger in having an open sore--this is, literally, an open invitation for an infection. Sores on your butt are exponentially more risky due to the possible contact with e. coli from feces.
You mentioned that you have used a Roho consistantly. Perhaps there's a better option out there for you? If you're unable to sleep on your stomach or stay in bed why not consider an air-bead bed or other specialty bed? I would hate to see you get really sick from this sore--an open decubitus is NOT something to take lightly! I'm only getting 'preachy' here because I care and don't want to lose any more quad friends due to preventable conditions! Don.
