I have been using an indwelling catheter for 16 years they want to to do a
SP. Is there any reason I should not have it done. I know you had a SP and
changed, can I ask why.

in the urostomy in place of it. It's like a colostomy for the bladder.
Basically you urinate into a small bag which can then be hooked up to a bed
bag.

sure you get a really good surgeon.

using robotics. They did the old-fashioned method on me and trying to
recover from the incision was one of the worst parts. Although, I think a
lot of the problem on having with my bladder currently is because I went
too long without having the surgery done. They wanted me to have it done a
couple of years ago and I balked at the idea.
