[QUAD-L] toe nail tore off

My toe nail got caught during a leg spasm and it tore loose. It is going 
to fall off.
It is not causing any AD, so far.

Has anyone lost a toenail before?
If so, how did you take care of it?
I'm thinking of keep it clean and hope new toe nail grows in quickly.
