I think I have torn off all my toenails at least once. Just clean it and wrap in gauze, maybe apply some antibiotic cream. Both of my feet/toes look like hell, all twisted, dis colored, squished together, malformed, swollen, etc, etc etc.. Kind of remind me of hobbit feet or those of Japanese women whose feet were bound in infancy. Every few months they develop a layer of nice and nasty dead skin that has to be removed with a high pressure hose and fine grit sandpaper. Rather disgusting. But what the heck, I'm not using them anyway. As my son says, call a toe truck.
