I have been wearing 250 mcg/ hr for two years now. Yes it causes severe constipation. I take 2 Amitiza 24mg per day and Metamucil fiber to firm up the very watery excrement.
You will have to experiment to see what works for you. Fentanyl is synthetic Morphine. I also take Oxycodone to help alleviate the pain. It doesn't go away but it does make it manageable .
