Autonomic dysreflexia, ( A.D. due to any noxious stimuli causes sweating in 
quads. It can be a sock that's too tight or more commonly bowel / urinary tract 
problems.

Sweating for some is quite normal. For others, it might be a sign of an 
internal infection that is forcing increased temperatures and sweats. Has your 
normal temperature increased ? Has your normal blood pressure increased? What's 
your record for UTI's?
