I have had Sure Hands w/ HandiMove lift for about 14 of my 15 years as a quad,
and it has been nothing short of fantastic!  I'm a c5/c6 quad, and at 6'5'
240lbs it's the only way for me to xfer to/from bed, or between chairs.  Aside
from my power chair and adapted van, it is essental to living as independently
as I can.

It has been great maintenance-wise, too.  I've only had to replace the battery
twice in that time.  It was expensive (sorry, don't remember exactly, but maybe
$500, including the service visit).

The one thing I would point out is that you might need high ceilings. My legs
are long, so my feet just clear the foot of the bed.  My ceilings are in an old
house (1860), so higher than many (9 foot, I think).

Bottom Line: I give it two enthusiastic thumbs-up, and 5 out of 5 stars.  It's
worth the expense, because the freedom it provides is priceless.
