I've been using a size 24 french from day one, about 14 years now, works great. I got injured 16 years back, and had to get a supra-pubic a few years later. Going larger should not be much difference in size or cause any problems. Dan H. *

It leaked around the catheter out the incision. I've had that do that a few times over the years, but only when something was blocked. And it forced its way out. And I would sweat because my bladder was so full. But the last three times it leaked quite a bit and I only knew because things were wet. The night bag had a lot in it so I know things were draining well. I just don't know why it leaked, why I wasn't sweating, and why it's only been three times? What size SP do you guys use? I've always used to 16 French, for 15 or 20 years. I'm wondering if I need to increase mine to an 18. I don't want to stretch the incision out. Thanks a lot, Greg
