the people who design wheelchairs must not sit in them very long.
wheelchairs should be comfortable and provide support.
most do neither.

Todd,
Your a c6, what was the reasoning behind not getting a rigid back? Im assuming you use a sling back style. I was clasified a c6-7 back in 98, they gave me an ottobock...the back to start with. Now I just use a j2 shell back. I had to adjust it so many times and shove more foam in the top section, but it works now. Im afraid to switch to a j3, lol.

*Subject:* [QUAD-L] Sitting up straight

When will people realize that there is no custom wheelchair back that will fix my posture. I am sick of hearing this from people. Maybe a hard turtle shell brace could but would leave me unable to perform any daily activities independently. Sit up straight, sit up straight... FU i'm a quad. I've tried every contraption there is almost. <vent over> thank you!
