So I just found out about this place in my backyard, but it is out of my reach financially. They have three options, the cheapest is 15 hrs of therapy and a home program to go home with (which seems pointless considering the specialized equipment they have in-house), or for $1,000 more, a family member can be trained to do your home program. If your local or can stay a while, it's just $100/hr flat. You would require a min of 9hrs a week ($900) imo to see some significant improvement. I didn't see anything about insurance coverage. Estimate of the costs for a 5 Day Program: Program: Home Program Hours: 3 hours per day ($100 an hour) Costs Hours: $1,500.00 Materials: $ 500.00 Total: $2,000.00 Estimate of the costs for a 5 day program: Program Family Track Hours: 5 hours per day ($100 an hour) Costs Hours: $2,500.00 Materials: $500.00 Total: $3,000.00 Estimate Cost of Program: Since the In-House program is designed for clients who are able make a long-term commitment to having regular sessions with their SCI Recovery Specialists in our Atlanta, GA facility, it is impossible to determine an average cost. Each client will determine how often and how long their sessions will be based on their needs and resources. However, the rate of $100 / hour still applies to their recovery sessions while at Project Walk Atlanta.
