They have three options, the cheapest is 15 hrs of therapy and a home program to go home with (which seems pointless considering the specialized equipment they have in-house), or for $1,000 more, a family member can be trained to do your home program. If your local or can stay a while, it's just $100/hr flat. You would require a min of 9hrs a week ($900) imo to see some significant improvement. I didn't see anything about insurance coverage.
