5. When you went home, were there minor or major conversions necessary?
Minor, as major was way major and opted to move
6. Did you go straight home or a nursing home first? Home
7. What was your home waiting for you doable medical equipment wise? Bed,
w/c
8. How many of your "friends" were there to be by your side? many
9. How many siblings do you have to help you out when you first got home? 2
10. Did you feel you had enough rehab or did you go on to outpatient rehab?
