Ive had job offers at the police academy and the organization I swim for. When I asked how much they pay I was told just come in and start and we will discuss it. Somehow I remember that never being the case b4 I was disabled. I was always told a starting wage when I was a walking man. Even sears offered me a job without discussion of pay. Oh well it is what it is. Ron
