Don, I remember several years ago, someone making and selling chains for
wheelchairs. I think he lived in the Milwaukee Area. That was more than 10
years ago.

You 'snow quads' have my respect and awe. I don't know how you do it. I
tried to survive in WI after my injury but just couldn't do it. You all must
know some tricks that I didn't know back then.

It does get cold here in Phoenix during winter nights. We actually have
freeze warnings several times each winter. This morning it was in the 40s
when I woke up, but will get to 70 later. Anytime the temperature goes below
70 I'm cold, so my car heater will be on!

Don.

For many, they don't. For some in the cities, carefully, only after the
sidewalks have been cleared.

For us in the Midwest, 2-3 inches of snow and bitter cold tonite and
tomorrow. For those in the cold, always have a backup plan.

We got slammed last week with snow, two storms left over a foot, and then
behind it came the cold, -11°was the worst. It's starting to warm up now
though. Finally able to get my van out to the highway, so today it is
Christmas shopping. In Reno is suppose to warm up to 28°so not too bad. But
yes it
is gorgeous, in the morning all the branches on the trees sparkle and the
snow itself glistens. I am with you Bobbie, love it. Joan

Here in Northren New Jersey we got about 2-3" and it's the kind of snow
that sits on every branch and came down very slowly. Just absolutely
gorgeous. Tonight it is going down to 15° and the next few days the high will
be
below freezing. I also saw Thursday night it will be 7° So it looks like the
the snow will be sticking around for awhile. I LOVE IT!!! Bobbie
