I'll have to check on where I purchased my last one, but I do have some rather expensive overlays which have suited me in the past. They don't seem to be as durable as my low air loss mattress, but the advantage is they do not bottom out if the electricity goes out.
I use one for about two or three months and it did spring a small leak, but it works great for me. Now it sits in my closet as a backup. Let me know if you are interested in knowing the name brand of the one I bought recently. It's still in the box, but it is almost exactly like the original one I bought years ago.
