The only compliant I have with my m300 is the leg rest setup. The pads that support the calves pushed my feet too far forward. My feet wouldn't rest against the heel supports, so I ended up just removing the calf support pads. I wish I'd gone with swing away feet rests, it folds back and the ffoot plate flips up, but still gets in the way during transfers. The headrest is pretty easily adjustable. Over all it's been a pretty solid chair.
