Personally, I really hate reading stories like this.  So much has  happened 
and so little can be done.  Its like a balloon that has burst and  asking 
that it be repaired.  The task may not be impossible, but a huge  burden. I 
would suggest that the sender contact their local Center for  Independent 
Living (CIL).  They are the local, Federally Funded Advocate in  your area that 
can determine if you have a valid issue of differences.
