I had a sore that was on the bottom of my bottom. Kind of like the panty
line. I was in bed. 6 months and they use a treatment to go inside the wound
and it helped to grow new tissue. It is called is

I was using my laptop and somehow the power cord got under my bottom. It
was super hot, because there was something wrong with it.
I think I was on Blue Cross primary, and Medicare secondary. I didn't have
to have co-pay. You might check it out. There may be something better than
this on the market. At that time I was drinking L-arginine, but not the
generic kind. It was a drink. Now I get in a pill form, much cheaper. I
believe I just 2 L-arginine and 2 zinc 250 each.
Have you checked the wound clinic? I go there any time I'm getting a spot
I am worried about.
This sore was 6 inches long. And I'm not sure how deep. This seemed to
cure me in six months. I was in bed unless I went to the doctor, wound care or
wash my hair.

This sore was 6 inches long. Several inches wide. I'm not sure how deep.

Wow, guys, Some tough situations and even tougher people. I've had a 4
inch sore on my butt for over 6 yrs. It just refuses to heal. We dress it
twice a day. It is not deep and doesn't tunnel. However, it is a wide open
sore. I sit on a Roho and fully expect to take this sore to the grave with me.
I simply cannot and will not spend the 12 months or more in bed that
healing would require. It burns and hurts like crazy some days....and nights.
However, I am 62 and 43 years post. I'm pretty sure I'm not nearly as
motivated as I once was.
