Had gangrene from the surgeon leaving a fixator on my foot too long. I was on
wound vac for two months and then I had plastic surgery on my heel. They had
me on so much proteins I drank about 2 Insure per day and yogurt. My wound Dr
in the past had told me to take L-arginine was it which is a generic form, My
rehab doctor had told me to take 2-256 mg of Zinc when I had a sore Which is a
prescription. Dr. Oz says to eat Protein every 2 to 3 hours for a normal person
as we age.

Probably already know this.
