My issue is not being too cold, but overheated, my arms just think they are freezing. Like shivering cold, but once I uncover my arms, I feel better. So I swear I am freezing, I'd bet everything I am, it feels so cold. But once I uncover my arms I'm ok.
But... If I start with my arms uncovered I really feel cold, until I cover up for a few hours. So no matter what, I shiver cold.
I've tried fleece hats, but thy only helped in cold Seattle. I never had this issue in seattle, only Phx.
Thanks, Greg
