Well, when I first was injured and came home I was weak as a kitten and needed
something to give me the energy to build myself up. Each day I would strap my
belly bag on with my Walkman and plenty of water and hit the streets to wheel
as far as I could. At first I couldn't make it a quarter mile and if I fell
over I couldn't get back up. I went to GNC and started buying ripped fuel. I
would take 2 capsules and hit the streets and within a few months I was doing
3+ miles a day with energy to spare. Not only did I increase my stamina, but I
was able to maneuver my chair better and get myself up and down. This allowed
me to be able to start swimming at the YMCA, which led me to be able to drive a
fullsize Ford Van with standard paraplegic hand controls. I kept taking it b4 I
entered the pool or any workout. I was able to bench 150 on an Olympic weight
bench with quad hands and use the sci-fit bike for an hour after swimming an
hour in the pool. What really
messed me up is after all my working out, lifting, wheeling and biking I
developed a spinal syrinx then my appendix burst, then got a hernia. I believe
that all those issues can be linked to my vigorous workouts. At the same time
though when I went down in the hospital, I was able to come back because of the
good shape I was in. I still take one ripped fuel capsule w/ephedra b4 a I
handcycle or wheel. You can take it without working out, but it makes you a
little jumpy sometimes. you have to buy it from a special website called neutri
I believe, but I will get you the actual website. some people are scared of
ephedra, but it is like anything else......if you take six capsules at once you
will have a problem. They have another pill called a yellow devil which is more
ephedra, but I wouldn't suggest that.

Hey Ron, tell me about the ephedra for weight loss. I have developed a belly
that just makes me miserable. It hurts, is in the way, and presses on my
bladder causing pain and accidents. The gut has got to go.
