That was another benefit of the ephedra, I stopped the low blood pressure
business. I would like to cut out carbs, but Im limited to what the cook
decides to dish out for the main meal of the day. I handcycled 40 miles this
month to try and counter a bad diet, lol.

Several years ago I cut out all carbs, including pasta and bread except for
holidays and just ate protein, beef chicken, pork, fish and vegetables.  after
about 8 or 9 months I had droped about 20lbs.

I used to take ephedrine to raise blood pressure. Work more effectively than
the medication I now take. That's what I would be apprehensive about.

I'm trying to lose my belly and the only thing that ever seems to work is
low-carb diet. I have the same issue with my belly pressing down my bladder and
causing issues. I use an abdominal binder so what even makes it worse.

I been doing very moderate dieting over the last week or so and haven't really
lost too much, but I'm going to be a little more aggressive in the coming
weeks. If I  lose about 5 pounds I will feel considerably better.

I never took it, but I can imagine at times it could raise blood pressure. if
you just take 1 pill I don't see a problem arising. I never went dysreflexic
over it it does make me urinate more though. my moms taking it to just for
weight loss

really messed me up is after all my working out, lifting, wheeling and biking
I developed a spinal syrinx then my appendix burst, then got a hernia. I
believe that all those issues can be linked to my vigorous workouts. At the
same time though when I went down in the hospital, I was able to come back
because of the good shape I was in. I still take one ripped fuel capsule
w/ephedra b4 a I handcycle or wheel. You can take it without working out, but
it makes you a little jumpy sometimes. you have to buy it from a special
website called neutri I believe, but I will get you the actual website. some
people are scared of ephedra, but it is like anything else......if you take six
capsules at once you will have a problem. They have another pill called a
yellow devil which is more ephedra, but I wouldn't suggest that.
