When you''all take pills, do you take them one at a time? Do you a small sip of water or a big gulp of water?
I take a very tiny sip of water with each pill unless they are capsules that are the same size, even then I still take a tiny sip. I find it so much easier to swallow ... try it. Bobbie Smile Everyday
